Pinnacle Benefit Consultants, LLC is a private company based in Boise, Idaho that specializes in working with federal employees.  As part of our services, we have been providing benefit workshops to federal agencies across the country since 2009.

Seminar Structure:

Our seminars typically last for the full day, usually lasting from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. We will have a break for lunch in the middle, and have time during each section of the presentation for questions.

At the end of the seminar, the Federal Employee is given an opportunity to request a Personalized Benefit Analysis Report.  This report provides the employee with the necessary information to make better choices for them and their families, and to determine if they can maintain their current lifestyle in retirement.

In order to generate the report, the employee is advised to bring the following items to the workshop.

  • A copy of their most current Earnings and Leave Statement
  • A copy of their TSP Statement
  • A copy of their Social Security Benefits Statement, if applicable
